The Winner of the 2020 Brooklyn Non-Fiction Prize is St. John for his essay "Spiteful Sunshine"

 The Winner of the 2020 Brooklyn Non-Fiction Prize is St. John for his essay "Spiteful Sunshine."

 

 St. John won the 2020 Brooklyn Non-Fiction Prize at the May 20th, 2021 finale online event in which eleven other authors read excerpts from their essays.

 

 Kathleen Griffin is the 2020 Brooklyn Non-Fiction Prize Runner-up for her essay titled "Dreams of the Astronaut."

 

The May 20th, 2021 program consisted of readings of Brooklyn non-fiction stories by twelve finalists in the 2020 Brooklyn Non-Fiction Prize competition.
